Help guide
How Shori works
Every team gets a public team page, a shareable page for each game, live streaming from your phone, and a season archive of replays and clips — with your sponsors on every screen.
When to use this guide
Read this first. It's the quick mental model for how live games, replays, clips, and sponsors fit together on Shori.
The short version
- You go live from your phone using the free Larix app — Shori hosts the stream for you.
- Your stream appears on that game's public page, so viewers have one link to watch.
- After the game, the replay lives on YouTube and shows up in your team's replay library.
- Clips are made from the game in a tap, and your sponsors are already on them.
- Your team page ties the whole season together for fans to follow.
The pages you'll use
- Team page: the public home for your season — schedule, replays, and clips.
- Game page: one public link per game for watching live and returning for the replay.
- Streaming setup: connects your phone to stream, one time.
- Sponsorships: the local supporters shown around your coverage and on the video.
What Shori handles for you
You don't manage servers, stream keys, or a Cloudflare account. When you connect your phone once, Shori takes care of hosting the live video, keeping the recording, and putting your sponsor bar on the stream and every clip. Your job is to film the game and share the link.
What you share with viewers
Always share the Shori game page, not a raw video link. It gives families one place to watch live, see the start time beforehand, and come back for the replay when the game is over.
Common mistakes
- Sharing a raw video link instead of the Shori game page.
- Creating a second game just for the replay — the replay goes on the same game.
- Treating the team page like an admin screen instead of the public home for the season.

What you need to get started
Two things set your team up for the season: a YouTube account for replays and the free Larix app on the phone you'll film with.
Set up live streaming
Connect your phone to stream your team's games. One tap sets up the camera and your sponsor overlay together — no settings to copy by hand.
Create and share clips
Turn a great moment into a short, shareable video — with your sponsors already on it — in a tap.
