Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern use of the Shori website, applications, dashboards, public team and game pages, sponsorship surfaces, and related services. By using Shori, creating an account, publishing team content, or interacting with the service, you agree to these terms.

If you are using Shori on behalf of a school, club, team, league, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.

What Shori provides

Shori is a platform for team-based sports coverage. It helps teams create public team pages, publish game pages, embed live streams, keep replays and clips available, manage viewer-sharing workflows, and support sponsor-facing coverage experiences.

Some product features may be limited, changed, removed, or offered in pilot form while the service is still evolving.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• You may not use Shori to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, organizations, teams, or systems.
• Shori may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if an account is used in a harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized way.

Your content and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you upload, publish, link, or otherwise make available through Shori.
• You must have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to use team names, logos, schedules, videos, sponsor materials, and related content you submit.
• You are responsible for making sure public pages and published media are appropriate for your team, organization, audience, and any participants shown.
• You may not upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or designed to harm others or the platform.

Youth teams and school-age participants

If you use Shori for youth, school, or minor-participant teams, you are responsible for making sure the organization has the right approvals and operating policies in place for public coverage, sharing, and sponsorship activity.

Shori does not independently verify parental consent, roster permissions, school approval, or media rights for team operators.

Sponsors and sponsor-related workflows

Shori may provide sponsor-facing pages, sponsor opportunities, inquiry flows, offer summaries, and related operational tools. Team operators remain responsible for the accuracy of the opportunities, prices, terms, visibility promises, and sponsor materials they publish through the service.

Unless Shori explicitly says otherwise in the applicable product flow, Shori does not guarantee sponsor revenue, sponsorship demand, sponsor performance, or commercial outcomes.

Third-party services

• Shori may integrate with third-party services such as YouTube, streaming tools, media storage providers, analytics services, communications tools, and hosting infrastructure.
• Those third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, uptime, policies, and account rules.
• Shori is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or data-handling decisions made by third-party providers.

Availability and changes

Shori is provided on an evolving basis. Features, workflows, designs, and integrations may change over time, including during pilots and early releases.

Shori may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service at any time, with or without notice, especially where needed to maintain security, comply with law, improve the product, or address operational constraints.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Shori works with live streams, public pages, media hosting, and external integrations, so some interruptions, outages, errors, delays, or synchronization issues may occur.

The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that every game, replay, clip, or integration will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shori and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, sponsorship opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shori's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount, if any, paid directly to Shori for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using Shori at any time. Shori may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use creates legal or operational risk, if accounts are inactive for extended periods, or if the service changes materially.

Published public content may remain unavailable, archived, or removed after suspension or termination depending on the situation and platform needs.

Changes to these terms

Shori may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
