Help guide
Troubleshoot streaming and replays
Quick fixes for the most common issues: the stream not showing, the replay missing, or a clip that won't generate.
When to use this guide
Use this when something isn't appearing the way you expect on a game page.
The stream isn't showing on the game page
- Make sure Larix is actually recording — the stream only appears once you hit record.
- Confirm you're streaming from the phone you set up on the Streaming setup page.
- If you re-installed Larix or switched phones, run the one-tap setup again.
- Check that you're looking at the correct game page.
Someone else can't get their phone streaming
- Send them a fresh setup link from Streaming setup if theirs expired.
- Make sure they installed Larix before opening the link.
- Have them tap Open in Larix (or scan the QR) so Larix gets configured.
The replay isn't in the library
- Add the replay to the completed game, not a new one.
- Confirm you saved the game after adding the replay.
- Give YouTube a few minutes to finish processing a freshly uploaded video.
A clip won't generate
- Wait a minute after the stream ends — the recording may still be processing.
- Make sure the moment has a start time and duration set.
- Clips are capped at 60 seconds; shorten the duration if it's longer.
Still stuck?
If a stream, replay, or clip still isn't appearing after these checks, note which game and what you're seeing, and reach out to support so it can be looked into.
