Help guide
Troubleshoot YouTube and livestream setup
If the game page is not showing the right stream, the issue is usually the saved YouTube link or the stream destination.
When to use this guide
Use this when viewers cannot see the stream or when Shori says the YouTube link is missing or invalid.
Check these first
- 1Open Home.
- 2Confirm the YouTube setup card has a saved link.
- 3Confirm the link is a public YouTube live link.
- 4Confirm Larix is streaming to that same YouTube destination.
- 5Confirm you are sharing the Shori game page, not a different link.
The game page does not show the live stream
- The saved YouTube link may be missing.
- The saved YouTube link may be the wrong kind of URL.
- Larix may be streaming to a different YouTube destination.
The stream works on YouTube but not on Shori
- Shori may have an old saved YouTube link.
- Update the link on Home and save again.
Do I need a new page for replay?
No. Add the replay to the completed game and Shori will surface it in the team's replay library.
